MIKRA has been implementing direct lending through its branch offices. The Headquarters is located in Sarajevo, together with the Sarajevo Branch Office, covering the areas of Sarajevo, Zenica-Doboj and Central Bosnia Cantons with its field offices. The second branch office is located in Banja Luka, covering the Western RS area, with its field offices and Bihać regionthe. Third branch office is located in Tuzla, with its field offices. MIKRA practices signing agreements with local NGOs in order to support promotional activities and marketing, which also strengthens MIKRA’s contacts in the local communities.
