Individual investment lonas for investments in agriculture

Due to the fact that agriculture is the sector of the economy with insufficiently used capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina , we have recognized the need for increased investments in this area. Establishing of partnership relations with companies dealing with production and assembling of high quality greenhouses, with the additional service of monitoring the development of businesses through the provision of advisory-educational services especially to the clients who are starting with greenhouse production, allows Mikra's clients profitable production and requirements for assured placement of products.

Besides very lucrative greenhouse production, purchase of small agricultural machinery such as motor cultivator, rotary hoe, milking tubs and similar, enables Mikra's clients to modernize agriculture by obtaining all necessary means for the same and to further improve their agricultural farms.

Loan amounts depend on the partner company price list but they are not higher than 10.000,00 KM. Return of funds invested in this investment can be realistically achieved through the maximum term of 36 months.

Loans to finance investments in agriculture are offered at interest rate of 1.99% and 1.75% calculated by the system of calculating interest on the declining principal amount.

Individual investment loans

Besides specialized investments for improving of agricultural production, Mikra, through the lending product - Individual investment loans - allows provision of working means or devices also to other clients engaged in non-agricultural activities (such as trade, services, manufacturing).

These loans are mostly granted to Mikra's Golden clients who have, by developing business with the aid of the Mikra's loans, overgrown Mikra's primary methodology. Loans can be up to maximum 10,000.00 KM, taking into account the total maximum debit per customer, according to the regulations of the competent Banking Agency.

Individual loans for current assets

In order to provide to the clients - owners of small businesses, primarily registered businesses, as well as to customers who are not able to find a solidarity group as a form of guarantee, appropriate credit product that will suit the needs of these kinds of customers, we have introduced the possibility of obtaining loan funds by raising individual credit secured by additional means of insurance.

The amounts of these loans were initially lower with a tendency to increase in future credit cycles.

Individual housing loans

Only some 10 years after the war developments in Bosnia and deteriorated living conditions, just when the businesses are set on a stable basis, the clients start thinking about improving their social position through investments in their own residential areas.

In accordance with this requirement, Mikra has created the lending product that in any case can not and should not take one of the primary places in the overall Mikra's loan placement.

Individual consumer loans

Due to the ever increasing need for providing the funds for consumption, which, in an indirect way, influence the improvement of living conditions of the clients (for instance obtaining of wood and coal for heating purposes, school fees, medical treatment, car registration, annual vacations), Mikra decided, by introduction of the consumer loans, to give chance to its new and its existing clients to take loans in one place and thus relieve their household budget of the annual financial impacts.
