When the client is taking the first loan she/he has to take an adequate pre-loan training. As the member of the Flexi Cooperative, the client invests pre-loan deposit into the Flexi Cooperative internal fund.

When the cooperative grows enough in scope and in trust, dependence on external funds starts to decrease in the sense that most of the financial needs of members of the Flexi-Cooperative can be met through the internal fund.
